About
Samer joined Vision Capital in 2010 as Principal and Financing Specialist. He has global responsibility for financing across the portfolio. He is a member of the Portfolio Management Committee, and has been responsible for several transactions, including the BrightHouse and Bormioli high yield bonds, and financings for JDR Cables, Nordax Finans, the Trio businesses, CPL, UI, Pirtek, Pork Farms, Park Cake and Fletchers. Samer was a founding member and Executive Director of the debt advisory firm Blenheim Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2007. Prior to Blenheim, Samer worked in the leveraged finance team at CIBC World Markets in London and New York. Samer holds a dual degree in Economics and in Middle East and South Asian studies from Columbia University.
