Sam is Senior Managing Partner of Brookfield Asset Management and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield's Infrastructure Group. Since 2006, Sam has led Brookfield’s expansion into the infrastructure sector and is responsible for the formulation and execution of the operating and investment strategy for Brookfield’s infrastructure business. Sam joined Brookfield Asset Management in 1994 and, prior to his current role, was broadly responsible for Brookfield’s investment initiatives acting as Brookfield Asset Management’s Chief Investment Officer. Sam is a Chartered Accountant and holds a business degree from Queen’s University.
