Sandeep has worked for 18 years, with global software development setups. Prior to founding Clarice Technologies, Sandeep was Senior Director at Symantec (India) where he led the Server Management Group as a general manager as well as an engineering manager. He grew the Pune team to 220+ engineers and was instrumental in setting up strong teams of over 50 people each, for two emerging VERITAS products. He also led GUI development for all products in the VERITAS Server management family. Sandeep developed an all-rounded, strong and performing organization with diverse skill sets like development, design and architecture, QA, test automation, Doc writing, program management, performance engineering, Usability, Scalability, PM/TPM, Business analytics, etc. Prior to Symantec/VERITAS, Sandeep was responsible for offshore product and application development for clients in US at TELCO's software division, which was later spun off as Tata Technologies.
