São Pedro Capital Investimentos S.A. ("São Pedro" or "SPC"), founded in 2020, is an investment firm dedicated to allocating its own capital and that of investing families (UHNWI) into Brazilian and foreign companies. Our main focus is Private Equity in listed companies, an asset class known as PIPE - Private Investment in Public Equity. Our team comprises partners and senior advisors with over 160 years of combined experience in financial advisory, investment management, strategic consulting, and board participation. We adopt an activist and associative management style, using our operational knowledge to influence decision-making in the companies we invest in. Currently, we have investments in 5 companies, totaling over R$4.5 billion in market value and approximately R$6 billion in net revenue (2023).
