Sarah Harden is President of Otter Media, The Chernin Group’s (TCG) venture with AT&T which manages, invests in and operates businesses in the media, entertainment and consumer internet industries. Prior to Otter Media, Harden joined TCG as Executive Vice President in September 2013 where she played key roles in TCG’s majority stake acquisition of Crunchyroll, a leading global subscription and ad-supported video platform for Japanese anime; the formation of Otter Media with AT&T; and Otter Media’s acquisition of a controlling stake in Fullscreen, a leading global youth media company. Prior to TCG Harden was Group Director, Partnerships and Development, Asia, at News Corporation where she was responsible for overseeing News’ joint ventures, investments and growth initiatives in Asia.
