Sarah learned corporate acquisition at GE, where she excelled in leadership roles for over a decade in mergers and acquisitions under the GE corporate development global umbrella. Sarah leverages deep financial experience and a global network to support Valor in building out financial operations, financial diligence, and compliance oversight. Before joining Valor, she served as CFO of a $500 million dollar division of $2.5 billion Carestream Health, a division of Kodak, before managing the acquisition by Onex.
