Saran Kebet-Koulibaly is a Vice President for Corporate Risk and Sustainability and a member of IFC’s Management Team. In this capacity, she drives a more integrated and pro-active corporate portfolio and risk management function, with a focus on credit judgments, and environmental and social risks at the project level. A national of Cote d’Ivoire, Ms. Kebet-Koulibaly was previously Director for West and Central Africa based in Dakar, Senegal, where she contributed to the development of IFC operations in the region. She coordinated IFC’s corporate response to the Ebola crisis. Prior to that, she was the Director of Special Operations between 2010 and 2013, with responsibility for managing a $3.8 billion portfolio of troubled and distressed investments.
