Sarit joined Syneron as Vice President Business Development and Strategy in 2013. Prior to joining Syneron from 2010 – 2013, Sarit was the CEO of GEFEN Biomed Investments Ltd. (TASE), managing 33 portfolio companies in the areas of healthcare and clean tech. From 2007 – 2010, Sarit served as CEO of ATI, a technology incubator with 28 portfolio companies in diversified fields. Prior to her work at ATI, Sarit was a Principal and one of the founding members of L Capital Partners, an NYC-based venture capital fund, from 2004 - 2007. Before joining L Capital Partners, Sarit worked as a Senior Associate at Shalom Equity Fund from 1999 - 2004. Before such time, Sarit held various consulting, management and marketing positions at several companies. Sarit has served since 2006 on the Board, Audit and Compensation Committees of Mazor Surgical Ltd., a publicly-traded NASDAQ company. She holds a BA and MA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
