Since 2007, SCL Energía partners began the process of identifying projects and investment opportunities for the Investment Fund which was designed to develop with LarrainVial. Investment thesis was based on the existence of energy markets in Latin America with current or future strong growth, with imbalances between supply and demand of energy or fuels, and similar regulatory frameworks.
