Scott DePasquale is an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the global energy industry, ranging from the development of renewable technologies to investments in infrastructure and upstream oil and gas. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Utilidata, Inc., and is also a partner at New York based energy venture capital fund, Braemar Energy Ventures—where he serves on the firm’s investment committee. Prior to his role as a venture capitalist at Braemar, DePasquale was a senior vice president at GE Energy Financial Services, where he led the group’s Boston-based energy-tech activities. In this capacity, DePasquale worked closely with scientists and engineers across GE’s corporate R&D center, as well as executives from various internal businesses, to identify and commercialize game-changing energy technologies.
