Scott joined the company as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development in January 2012. He has more than 30 years of investment banking experience advising on more than 250 transactions. Scott most recently served as managing director and head of the Illinois practice for P&M Corporate Finance, LLC, in Chicago. Prior to that, he held a similar position at Morgan Joseph & Co. Scott’s experience also includes merger and acquisition advisory roles at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, Salomon Brothers Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. and Bankers Trust Co.
