Scott, based in Boston, joined Morgenthaler in July 2011 as a member of the Private Equity Team. Prior to joining Morgenthaler, Scott was an Associate in the Industrials Group at Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities), where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions in the transportation and basic materials sectors.
