Scott has a 22 year track record of investing in, building and advising businesses globally across all sectors of financial services. Scott was most recently a Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners responsible for investments in the Financial Services and Business Services sector, where he led control and minority investments totalling over $1bn in equity. At Oak Hill, Scott advised CEOs and senior management of portfolio companies on strategy, operations, financial issues and M&A. Scott was a member or observer of the Board of Directors of EPIC Insurance Brokers, CCC Information Services, Capital Bank, SWS Group, Inc., Triplus Services, OHAA, and Varagon Capital. Prior to Oak Hill, Scott was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group with the investment banking division. He provided strategic advice and transaction execution to public and private companies, board of directors and executive management in connection with domestic and international mergers,
