Scott MacCannell

About

Upon graduation from the University of Western Ontario (B.A. Political Science and Economics) in 1976, Mr. MacCannell joined Bell Canada's Marketing Group in Toronto. With the deregulation of the telecommunications industry in Canada in 1980, he left Bell to join Canadian Telecommunications Group (CTG), a young "start up" company as the company's ninth employee. The company grew quickly achieving revenues of C$ 80 Million in five years (having become a public company in 1983) and Mr. MacCannell progressed, during that time, through various positions of management to the position of Vice President and General Manager of the Central Region in 1984.
