Seamus Mulligan has served as a member of our Board of Directors since January 2012 and was our Chief Business Officer, International Business Development until February 2013. Since 2006, Seamus Mulligan has served as Executive Chairman of Circ Pharma Limited and its subsidiaries, a pharmaceutical development stage group. Prior to joining Jazz Pharmaceuticals in January 2012, he was the founder and principal investor of Azur Pharma, and served as Azur Pharma’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Previously he held various positions with Elan Corporation, a pharmaceutical company, including managing the corporate development function, the drug delivery division, R&D and U.S. operations.Seamus Mulligan has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S. National Pharmaceutical Council until 2004.Seamus Mulligan holds a B.Sc. (Pharm) and M.Sc. from Trinity College, Dublin.
