Sean O. Mahoney is a private investor. Since 2009, Mahoney has also served on the boards of directors of a range of large public and private companies. During his banking career, Mahoney acted as senior advisor to companies across a broad range of industries and product areas. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago and his graduate degree from Oxford University, which he attended as a Rhodes Scholar. In his corporate director roles, Mahoney provides expertise in value-creation strategies, business and financial strategies, capital markets, financing and mergers and acquisitions, grounded in his deep experience working with public and private companies as an investor, board member, and financial advisor.
