Sebastian Eckert has been a partner of CornerstoneCapital Verwaltungs AG since December 2016. In his 15 years as an M & A advisor, he has managed a variety of transactions in various industries. His consulting focus was on technology-oriented mid-cap companies in German-speaking Europe. He has advised both family businesses and private equity companies. Prior to joining CornerstoneCapital, Sebastian Eckert held various positions with nationally and internationally renowned consulting firms, most recently with the Oetker Group's Bankhaus Lampe KG. Previously, he was with VR Corporate Finance, part of the cooperative financial network, the US investment bank Jefferies International Ltd. and the British Close Brothers Group. Sebastian Eckert has a degree in business administration from the European Business School (ebs) in Oestrich-Winkel and an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
