Sebastian Kloss is Principal at Water land in Munich, Germany. Prior to joining Water land, he worked as a Senior Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, focusing on strategy projects within the Consumer Goods industry. His clients included large international corporates, SMEs, and Private Equity funds with global exposure. Sebastian had been part of the leadership team of LEGO® Direct-to-Consumer in EMEA, defining and driving the strategic growth agenda of the online and offline direct distribution channels of the LEGO Group in Europe. As founder and managing director, he has built and internationally scaled CATERWINGS, Europe’s leading online marketplace for catering offerings, being part of the Rocket Internet holding. During his studies, Sebastian worked as an intern at JPMorgan in London, the RTL Group in Luxembourg, and KPMG in Frankfurt.
