Sena joined VIMAC as a Venture Partner in June of 2002 and became Managing Director, Life Sciences in January, 2003. Sena previously served as a Principal at TL Ventures, a leading national venture capital firm with over $1.4 billion under management. During his tenure as one of two life science investment professionals, TL Ventures invested in several early-stage life science companies that were later listed on the NASDAQ.
