PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Financial is a subsidiary of PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life (Sequis Life). With the aim of serving the wider Indonesian community, in 2005, Sequis Life acquired all shares of PT Metlife Sejahtera (Metlife) which later changed its name to PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Financial which markets individual life and health insurance products, through banks and non-bank businesses. Partnership and telemarketing as well as group life and health insurance through Employee Benefit Business (EBB).
