Shannon Byrne Susko has been working with executives and leaders who want to grow, both personally and professionally, for over 10 years. Shannon has worked with companies like Intel Wearables, Shoes.com, Hot Head Games, SAAM SMIT and Silverchef – to name a few. In 2014, she released her first book, “The Metronome Effect: The Journey to Predictable Profit.” Shannon’s technical expertise is coupled with extensive sales, marketing and operations experience. Previously, Shannon has served as president of DST Subserveo, as well as co-founder, president and CEO of Subserveo Inc. Before her time at Subserveo, she led the sale of Paradata Systems Inc. to Payment Processing Inc., where she joined their team as Executive Vice-President of Product & Technology. Shannon holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Science and a Master’s degree in Computing Science. In 2012, she also received the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
