Shari Glazer is the founder and CEO of Kalos Labs, a company that provides strategy, execution and technology to connect remarkable brands to the web3 future. Shari began working on web3 strategy in 2020, advising sports teams and leagues on their NFT and blockchain strategies. She also has a long history of working with global brands in the fashion industry, art world, and aerospace. Shari launched Kalos Labs in 2022 and led its first project: The drop of Axiom Space’s first web3 program in which NFTs were minted at the International Space Station, and on its owned NFT marketplace. She also advised Axiom on its overall web3 strategy, and continues to work with the company on future projects. She believes companies need to focus on more than NFT drops, and that brands can create significant new revenue streams and deeper customer relationships through controlled, curated NFT and metaverse programs.
