Shaun joined Ethos in 1994. Prior to joining Ethos, he worked as a management consultant for Gemini Consulting in both its strategy and operational improvement disciplines. Shaun's direct involvement in 24 portfolio companies (eleven in a lead role) during his tenure with Ethos has equipped him with a broad private equity perspective across numerous industries. He has been directly involved in five public-to-private deals and has developed the skills and experience to navigate these complex transactions.
