Over the course of her career, Shelby has raised more than $1.2 billion of equity financing in private and public markets and completed 30+ acquisitions with a total transaction value in excess of $1 billion in geographies around the world. As VP, Chief of Staff at Scopely, Shelby focuses on operations and strategic initiatives including closing the company’s $350M Series E financing at a $3 billion valuation in October 2020. Prior to Scopely, Shelby was on the Corporate Development & Strategy team at Twitter where she worked on transactions including Periscope, TellApart, WhetLab, ZipDial, and tenXer. Shelby began her career based in the Czech Republic at KCP Capital, a cross-border advisory and investment firm focused on the technology and real estate sectors. Shelby is an advisor to Outward Impact, a nonprofit devoted to strengthening disadvantaged communities through access to essential services, as well as Acrew Capital Diversity Fund, a network aimed at diversifying the cap table
