Shinpei Kato is founder and director of Tier IV, Inc., and an associate professor at the Graduate School of Information Science and Technology at the University of Tokyo. Previously, Shinpei was an associate professor at the Graduate School of Information Science, Nagoya University, from 2012-2016.
