Mr. Shinsuke Ishiwata serves as the Chief of Legal Affairs Office of Cookpad Inc. and has been its Executive Officer since March 2011. Mr. Ishiwata jointly established Vasco Da Gama Offices in August 2008. He joined Ushijima Law Office (now Ushijima & Partners) in January 2001. He jointly established Field-R Law Offices on October 2007. He has been an Auditor of BrainPad Inc. since September 2008. He has been a Director of Cookpad Inc., since October 2007. He served as a Member of 2nd Tokyo Bar Association since April 1998. He is registered as an Attorney at Law in April 1998.
