Dr. Adireddy assisted in the recruitment and assembling Advano’s talented team of experts, whose knowledge and experience in R&D, product design, and manufacturing has helped fuel the rapid growth of the company and positioned it as a pioneer in the field of renewable energy. As chief executive officer, Dr. Adireddy continues to shape the company’s vision and guides product development from concept through manufacturing.
