Dr. Shula Recanati is a Managing Partner, leads the organizational development support, and serves as a BOD member of GlenRock's Hi- tech portfolio companies. Shula has over 20 years of experience as an organizational development expert, specializing in high-tech and startup companies. Before joining GlenRock, Shula headed Organizational Development Services for Pitango Venture Capital, where she helped portfolio companies build the right organizational infrastructure and management team so essential to success. From 1987 to 2001, Shula worked as an independent consultant in Israel, focusing on organizational assessment, organizational culture, change management, conflict resolution, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, team building and management development. Her career also includes five years as an Internal Organizational Development Consultant for Citicorp in New York, as well as projects with NASA.
