With over 20 years experience in executive search, Simon has helped build the leadership teams of hundreds of high-growth startups and large enterprises. Prior to co-founding Forward Search, Simon spent 18 years with Robert Walters, one of the world’s most admired recruitment businesses. There he spent 9 years in Tokyo, Japan, before relocating toSan Francisco to launch the firm’s first operation on the West Coast of the US. While there, he grew his San Francisco team from 2 to 40 people, opened an expansion office in Los Angeles, and also oversaw the management of the other offices across the US and Canada. Prior to starting the San Francisco office, Simon headed up the highly successful Commerce Division at Robert Walters Japan. Here he was instrumental in expanding the scope of the division to include sales & marketing, HR, legal & support, and supply chain recruitment.
