About

Simon started his career in recruitment in 2003 with Target Partners, now part of a stock market listed global recruitment group . He was instrumental in the growth and success of Target Partners and by 2005 was leading the financial sales team. He held full responsibility for recruiting, business development and the growth of this team. In 2008, Simon Co-founded EC1 Partners and has responsibility for sales, driving new business development, identifying business growth opportunities, training and team development. Simon moved to Singapore in September 2016 to develop our office in the Lion City.
