Simon is a seasoned business leader and investor with over three decades of experience in finance and data. He is the CEO of Data Company One Inc, a Data/AI/Tech company that captures and derives information from waste, delivering novel solutions to users and clients. He is also the Chairman of Richmond Rugby Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes rugby for all ages in the Richmond area. Simon has a track record of creating, building, and exiting successful businesses across multiple continents, especially in emerging markets and alternative energy. He started his career as an investment banker, working in New York, London, and Tokyo, and leading global trading teams and managing assets. He has been involved in several start-ups, such as Credit Market Analysis Limited and Wolf & Badger, and has held numerous non-executive roles, including the Chairman of Octopus Investments EOC Committee, which oversees over £8.5 billion in funds in the UK.
