Singapore Medtech Accelerator is a medical device accelerator dedicated to the creation and development of medical devices companies. Mainly focused on Singapore-based opportunities, its mission is to identify clinically-important technologies and develop these into successful commercial global enterprises. Singapore Medtech Accelerator is an appointed biomedical science accelerator (BSA) under the Singapore Government’s Research, Innovation, and Enterprise 2015 plan. Part of this plan is designed to stimulate the growth of the medical device industry in Singapore, and involves co-funding by SPRING SEEDS Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SPRING Singapore. Singapore Medtech Accelerator’s team is comprised of industry executives with diversified experience in investments, operations, product development, commercialization, high volume manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.
