SK Jain

About

SK Jain has more than a decade of investing experience in India spanning public companies, private equity and venture capital. He is currently a board member at Comviva Technologies (formerly known as Bharti Telesoft) and July Systems, and has previously served on the boards of Paras Pharma, Sai Advantium and Brainvisa. SK has also led investments in Idea Cellular and Havells. SK was also a co-founder and Managing Director at Sequoia Capital India. Prior to that, he served as the CEO of MeraNet, a college networking site that he co-founded while in business school. His work experience also includes stints in the Pentium Pro Design Group at Intel and the Semiconductor Product Group at Motorola. SK received an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad where he was awarded the President's Gold Medal for academic excellence. He also holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi as well as an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
