Smaller Company Capital Ltd (SCC) specialises in raising funds for entrepreneurial, early stage companies that are either AIM listed or looking to list in the foreseeable future. SCC’s clients range from professional investors to institutions which allows a range of possible financing options that would typically be between £500k and £10m in pre-IPO, IPO or secondary raisings. SCC believes that it is not only important to raise the required financing to help companies build, but also believes that these companies need ongoing support in the market to help build value for the shareholders in the medium to long term.
