Song is an Investment Manager at Qualcomm Ventures. Prior to joining Qualcomm he worked for SK Telecom’s Business Development Division as a Strategy Investment Manager. He previously co-founded 2 startups. As Co-founder/EVP of ChinaWest Education, Song leveraged high-quality overseas education resources and built up a vertical school chain from kindergarten to high school in China and grew the company from scratch to $10M revenue in 2012. As Co-founder/COO of BeyondGMAT Song extended the company’s product category from GMAT training service only into MBA application consulting and post MBA career development planning, and achieved 25% market share in 2010. Song has an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan and an M.Eng and B.Eng. from Tsinghua University.
