Mr.Shrikant Sharma is a law graduate and also holds a Masters degree in commerce. Beyond that, he is a Fellow Member of the Intitute of Company Secretaries of India. Currently the Vice President – Legal and Company Secretary, he has been working with the company since 2004. He is also the designated Compliance Officer of the company. His job responsibilities include the legal and statutory compliances, corporate laws, intellectual property rights and other related matters of the Company, its subsidiaries and associate companies.
