Stan Meresman

Stan is a board member, audit committee chair and an advisor to high-growth technology companies. He advises companies on preparing to be a public reporting company, going through the IPO process, operating as a public reporting company, and scaling the company for rapid growth. He is considered a financial expert. Stan has served in that capacity at four companies. He currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at both LinkedIn (LNKD) and Zynga (ZNGA), and previously at Riverbed Technology (RVBD) and Polycom (PLCM). He is also a member of the compensation and governance/nominating committees of LinkedIn, and member of the governance/nominating committee of Zynga. Stan is also a Board Member of private companies ModCloth and HyTrust.
