About

STAR is an independent investment fund manager with over €1 billion of equity funds under management. It was established in 2000 to acquire and develop capital assets and capital asset-based businesses, either independently or in partnership with existing owners/industry partners. We consider a wide range of opportunities including standard MBO/MBI deals (whole businesses or divisions). However, the main focus of STAR's Strategy is to act as a capital partner. Based on our in-depth expertise we have developed a Capital Outsourcing solution that addresses the many issues faced by capital-intensive companies. STAR is looking for the opportunity to invest in capital-intensive corporate activity that has: the ability to generate long-term stable cash flows; a location in Western Europe; an enterprise value in the range of €50 million to €1 billion; and a strategic position.
