Stefan joined GMT in 2010 as a Partner. With over 11 years private equity experience working as a member of the TMT sector team at Cinven, Stefan brings extensive experience across all aspects of private equity transactions and portfolio management, including directorships at several portfolio companies, as well as relevant specific industry knowledge. Stefan previously worked in M&A at Merrill Lynch and as a consultant at Gemini Consulting. A German national, Stefan studied at the Technical University of Berlin (Diplom Ingenieur, Wirtschaftingenuerwesen) and at the École Supérieure de Commerce in Paris (Diplôme de l’ESCP). He is also fluent in English, French and Spanish. Current directorships include Karnov Group, MeetingZone and Redext.
