Stephanie Josephson was appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Dresser-Rand in August 2015. Ms. Josephson’s most recent career experience includes seven years as Associate General Counsel of Dresser-Rand. Prior to that, Ms. Josephson spent more than two years as Senior Counsel for Cooper Industries, Ltd. She held a variety of legal positions with the Lowenbaum Partnership, LLC, Koplar Interactive Systems International, LLC, and Thermadyne Holdings Corporation early in her career. Ms. Josephson has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska.
