Stephen Chakoff

Mr. Chakoff is a driven entrepreneur and inventor who has acquired a diverse skill-set gleaned from his extensive experience working with and alongside former CEO’s of Publicly Traded Companies. He was the founder of Chakoff Endoscopy, a company which developed minimally invasive endoscopic instruments from use in multiple surgical fields. He was also a co-founder of the Scion Group of Companies, whose products were used in General Surgery and Interventional Cardiology/Radiology. He presently is a co-founder of CHS Pharma Inc. CHS recently entered into a transaction for the commercialization of CHS’s IP rights for the Treatment of Actinic Keratosis and Ischemic Reperfusion Injury for cells, tissues and organs for a preservation solution for use in grafting and organ transplantation.
