Stephen has over 10 years of experience as a company Founder, CEO, Board Member and Advisor to several early-stage technology companies. Stephen was the CEO of Carbonix, Australia's largest manufacturer of long-range drones. Under his leadership, he significantly increased the company's enterprise value from $9 million to $22.5 million through a successful capital raise and growth in sales. Stephen developed and implemented a five-year growth strategy for the company, which included expanding sales into the United States market through a partnership with defence contractor Anduril Industries and transitioning the company from one-off custom manufacturing to series production. From 2016 to 2020, Stephen founded and ran his electronics manufacturing company, which expanded to include major industrial installation projects. In 2018, the company was granted a license by the NSW Government to generate and trade carbon credits. This business experienced strong growth under Stephen's leaders
