A founding partner of Aspen Midstream, Stephen Reilly has spent his career dedicated to managing commercial activity on energy related projects. Prior to the formation of Aspen Midstream, Stephen gained six years of experience at Energy Transfer Partners and Regency Energy Partners. During this time, he rose from director to senior director of business development While at Energy Transfer, Stephen was a primary partner involved in negotiating transportation, gathering, treating, NGL and processing agreements covering large acreage positions in and around the North Louisiana and East Texas region. His role helped lead to several large grassroots infrastructure projects creating additional processing, NGL and residue capacity out of the area. He also was instrumental in the evaluation and implementation of multiple acquisitions in the region.
