Stephen Youngwood was appointed to our board of directors in July 2014. Mr. Youngwood has served as Chief Operating Officer of Sesame Workshop, a non-profit organization that produces educational children’s media and outreach programs around the world, since April 2015. From 1997 to 2014, he served with Viacom, most recently as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Nickelodeon’s Digital Media and Entertainment Products, where he led all Nickelodeon Digital efforts, including websites, mobile, connected TVs, TV Everywhere and other emerging platforms. Mr. Youngwood also led Nickelodeon’s video, gaming, and book publishing businesses across all digital and traditional retail channels and oversaw the acquisition and integration of various digital companies.
