Steve DeGennaro

Steve has over 30 years of experience in finance management including more than 20 years in CFO roles at both public and private companies where he has raised more than $550 million in equity. Prior to joining InTouch Health in 2018, he was co-founder and CFO at Xirrus, Inc., a high-performance wireless networking company, where he guided the company from startup through market leadership and its sale to Riverbed Technology. Prior to Xirrus, he was CFO at Calix Networks, Inc., a venture-backed telecom equipment and networking company. Before Calix, Mr. DeGennaro was senior vice president and CFO at Xircom, Inc., a publicly-traded manufacturer of mobile networking products. In that role, he provided leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the company during an extended period of rapid growth and complexity, including the ultimate sale of the business to Intel.
