Steve Iltis

About

Steve was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania to a working class family. He received his Undergraduate Degree from the University of Pennsylvania (Go Lions!!!) and was awarded a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston. Following college Steve relocated to Florida to begin a career in banking. After rising to Senior Vice President of Chase Bank for Sarasota, Steve decided it was time to venture out of retail banking and start a career in wholesale residential mortgage lending with his wife, Lisa. Together they spent 15 years working for a local mortgage lender before branching out and creating Iltis Lending Group in 2003. Steve was able to weather the 2008, 2009 economic crash through a reputation of being highly competitive, competent, and ethical.
