Steve Schoettler is the Founder and CEO of Junyo. At Junyo, Steve combines a passion for education with two decades of experience in early-stage tech companies that have the power to transform industries. Previously, he was co-founder, employee #1, and VP of Platform Services at Zynga, one of the fastest-growing companies ever, where he led the development of payment processing, virtual currency purchases, and fraud detection. Prior to Zynga, Steve led teams at GO, General Magic, and Kontiki to develop innovative technologies in mobile, security, and distributed computing. He is a board member of both Full Circle Fund and Indiegogo, and he is actively involved in social entrepreneurship. Steve earned a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley.
