Steve is a Board Partner at Upfront Ventures. He is also an active private equity investor and the Founder and President of AMRI Financial, Inc., a financial advisory firm working on special situation equity and debt financing, and Roundhouse Capital, LLC, a licensed California Lender that makes secured loans. He serves on the board of and is the former Chairman of Hamilton State Bancshares, a Georgia-based $2.0 billion bank focused on acquiring failed banks from the FDIC.
