A former Wall Street executive, Steven Boal founded Quotient, formerly Coupons.com Incorporated, in 1998 and is responsible for its strategic and operational direction. Boal previously served as vice president of business development for Integral Development Corporation, a privately held financial software company in Silicon Valley. Prior to that, Boal was vice president and head of global emerging markets derivative technology at J.P. Morgan. Before that, he was president of OptEdge, a real-time options, analytics and risk management business. Boal also held various management positions at TriStar Market Data, most recently running the company’s Montgomery Securities division. He holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.
