Steven has advised a broad range of clients across multiple sectors and geographies. Select experience includes sale of Spicers Canada for PaperlinX Limited, McAleese Limited debt restructure, acquisition of RM Williams by L Capital Asia and SAB Miller’s acquisition of Foster’s Group Limited. Steven previously worked in investment banking for CIMB/RBS and ABN AMRO.
